So, The Journey for this interview started @ 8.30 AM.. Reached the Centre At Around 10.45 . Since then Was A bit Nervous As they Were Giving Topics to write in Marathi ( Local Language ).
Kept on Reading Few Topics in Marathi which my Friends Informed me :P
I was A bit Far away from the office so they don't notice me in the beginning :P
Kept On Reading And Talking With My Family Members who had come along , Trying to Relax But was getting More Anxious.
Finally @ 12.50 Entered the Premises.. Sat Outside the Office Where a Tent Like Structure was built for us. Kept on Reading.. Soon It was 2.10.. All Aspirants Getting Impatient And We got to Know That it was lunch time for them :(
Got Called Inside the Office @ 3.15 ..Fully Drained...
The Admin Staff Explained us to self attest and all other pre requisites..
Gave us A Blank Paper And Asked us to Write In Marathi on the Topic 
" MY SCHOOL "
I Started writing and soon wrote a full page :P ( I Felt Satisfied That I am Safe Now )
After That Verification Started.. All Docs Arranged..Verification Completed by 3.40..( I Attached An Extra Curriculum Certificate Of The Exam I attended on National Level ) 
Exam Was Of Marathi Language And Luckily i Got a First Class in That :D
Then We Were All Sitting Outside the Interview Cabin Watching All who Went Inside :p
15-16 People Still left..My turn Was 4th Last Of the Day :( 
I was Tired + Anxious... Soon It was 4.50 PM The one Before Me Went in And My Hands Got Cold.
5 Members In Total 4 Males 1 Female All Aged between 45-50. My Turn Came When The Bell Rang @ 5.00 PM Sharp. I prayed to God befre entered the room..

I wasn't tested for marathi. I was the only Aspirant from the Rest 20 Who wasn't tested by interviewers for marathi. Rest all were being asked to read and explain from news papers. All Of Them Then Smiled and said.. That's All..We Are Done. I Asked for Feedback and also asked did i sound a bit nervous.??
All Laughed and Mockingly Said... Y u Thinking So.? 
We all know this was your first interview. Do not Worry , YOU ARE ALREADY A BANKER :p
The last Sentence Got me Some Courage while walking out. Just before my exit..

I reached the venue by 12.15 pm asked to take some waiting hall then watchman allowed us to the verification hall after checking call letter there verifying member started my verification around 3.50 pm and asked to write 10 line from a tamil news paper. they made me feel comfort by cracking jokes and wishing me a lot. Then i am directed to panel there i waited for 5 min

M1 offered me seat at once me got in so i cant even wish them good evening which i felt bad latter

Here is my IBPS IV CLERK INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE 1st day but not 1st show..i mean it was at 1 PM in Bangalore, Corporation staff training center...It went like a 100 mt race..only around 5-6 min They allowed us at 12:30pm for verification.

At same time they given a white paper to all of us to write a paragraph in kannada. They gave us 3 topics out of those we have to select one. I have selected " My favourite Cricket player" topic.

By 2 :00 verification completed,but they panel called me at 4:30 PM.

M1,M2,M3,M4(Lady)

M4: so you know Kannada how to write and read also?.

me: yes madam, as my mother's native is KK i know kannada from my childhood itself..

M4: good, will u read a paragraph for us (giving news paper to me)

Me : i read it, with little bit mistakes.

M3: you have to improve it.

M1: every one likes Sachin, why you fav player is UV?

me: Sachin is god father of cricket...but UV is good in evry aspect like batting, bowling,fielding,even captainship also...
