IBPS recruitment for the year 2014-15 will come to an end with the clerical and PO/MT exams (CWE) and the allotment processes. According to the information from IBPS officials tells that there will be more than 50,000 vacancies in the year 2014 for the posts of clerk and officer and it will be filled based on the CWE score and interview. In addition to that Regional Rural Banks (RRB) also conducts their recruitment process based on IBPS CWE score.

Since IBPS does not announce the Notification dates earlier, it will make some difficulties for the candidates who are preparing for the CWE of Clerk, PO/MT and Specialist Officer and also for the RRB recruitment. IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2015

IBPS conducts recruitment for the posts of clerk in various public sector banks on the basis of vacancies in different states and UTs. That means candidates can apply for clerical posts in any one of the states or UTs only. So that the CWE center will be in the chosen state or UT. In some cases there may be some different centers from what candidate has applied.

Main Examination: Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests for 200 marks and . The Objective Tests will be online. 
Objective Test: The Objective Test of 2 hour Duration consists of section with 200 marks as follows
a) Test of Reasoning (High Level) (50 Marks)
b) Test of English(Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension etc.) (40 Marks)
c) Test of General Awareness (40 Marks)
d) Test of Quantitative Aptitude (DI, DA, General Maths)(50 Marks)

How To Crack IBPS Exam 2015

A IBPS bank Exam, in general, is mostly a front staff in a bank who takes in charge of the customer interface. The placement of the clerks is made at different counters of the banks depending upon the needs of the bank. They may be placed at counters like that of savings, deposit, current deposit, term deposit, retail loans, cash credit, agricultural loans, credit cards, government business, cash receipt or payment etc. So a bank Clerk plays an important role in the bank.

The selection is made through the system of examination. The candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are able to appear in a written examination. This written examination is conduct by the IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection). 

NEW STRUCTURE OF IBPS CWE V 2015 PO / MT EXAM :
The structure of the Examination which will be conducted in two tier. The questions are objective in nature consisting of four papers.

In order to qualify in the written test, the candidate should pass in each of the objective tests separately with required minimum qualifying marks. It is also necessary for the candidate to obtain the prescribed percentage of marks to be eligible for moving to next stage of selection, i.e., Personal Interview. Usually, the pattern of written examination differs from bank to bank. Maximum customer interface in banks occurs at these counters managed by clerical staff.

To successfully compete through this examination, it is necessary for the job seekers to work hard and work smart too. They must be well versed in the subjects which are asked in the examination. They must also solve the previous year question papers with speed and accuracy.

1. Time Management with Speed
In IBPS Bank Exam, the candidate needs to save time and has to be accurate too. Hence, he/she should be able to understand the problems well and should also create short cuts to answer the questions to which they come across. They also need to practice regularly with different sets of papers.

To strengthen your part for General Awareness, you must read the English newspaper daily and also keep yourselves updates with the news and notifications of the banking sector. English news paper can help to improve GK as well as the Grammar section of the IBPS Bank Exam. This will help them enhance their reading, writing and understanding capability too.

3. Final Verdict
Candidates may also take help of coaching centers and other preparatory centers too; but self-study should not be ignored in any case. They must follow a routine and keep a check on their performance and progress regularly. Then only, candidates will be able to pass IBPS Bank Exam easily in first attempt.

4. TIME FOR PREPARATION :
We feel, a candidate should devote atleast 3-4 hours daily, consistently for 2-3 months, to get Good
success in IBPS exams. These 3-4 hours can be any time, evening, morning or afternoon. But If your’e not
able to Spend those hours, at least you have to Spend 2 Hours a Day for 1-2 Months.
